Artworks are sent out via a tracked and insured service.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I completely understand if you change your mind. If you would like to return your original artwork within 14 days from your delivery date, please get in touch by email: or use the contact form.
A refund will be processed on receipt of the artwork.
You will need to arrange to return the artwork at your own cost and the artwork must be fully insured in transit.
Alternatively, I can arrange for a courier to collect the artwork from you and deduct the return shipping costs from your original payment.
Commissioned artwork, sale items and created to order artworks are non refundable unless damaged or faulty. A replacement product will be shipped out to you in the event of receiving a damaged or faulty item.
